The University Police Department has several officers that are certified on using the bicycle as a means of patrol.  The department has a total of 2 Trek bikes along with 2 Raleigh bikes that are used for these officers to patrol.  The bikes are equipped with lights, a siren, and other tools that the officers use during their patrol.
